• CXN and Service Connection® both operate from the same back-end work order processing system.
  • That means that you could get assigned work orders directly from CXN or you could be presented a bid order from Service Connection®.
  • There are three (3) types of orders Assigned, Available, Bid/Quote
    • Assigned WO- This is a work order type that you have already agreed to complete at a predefined payment/commission rate. This order will be assigned directly to you with or with out a scheduled appointment date.
    • Available WO- This work order type is similar to the Assigned WO but instead of a single provider assignment this order will be presented to all service providers in the local area that have agreed to complete these types of order and the first provider that has the availability and “Accepts” the order will have that order then assigned to them.
    • Bid/Quote WO- This type of order is a general request for quote for a specific service. All providers in the area that match the skill required to complete the order will be presented the order and are able to either request the order at the presented payment/commission rate, provide a quoted price to complete, or decline as not interested. The end client/customer will select the preferred service provider based on price and preference.
  • To be able to process orders effectively you will need to have a good understanding of how the system works.
  • Take some time and review all the tabs to get a brief overview of the system and its operation. The last tab has a list of tutorial videos that will give you a better understanding or system operations.
