CXN Corp sends payments electronically through Found. This guide walks you through every screen — from the notification to money in your account. No Found account required, and nothing to download.
Found is the payment platform CXN Corp uses to send money out. It's a financial technology company (banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC).
You do not need to open a Found account to get paid. You can send your payment straight to the bank you already use. Opening a Found account is just one of the options below — totally optional. Some people do like it (it's a free business bank account with built-in invoicing and tax tools), but it's never required.
You'll get an email (and maybe a text) that says "Payment from CXN Corp." with the dollar amount. Tap the Accept payment button to begin. Notice the expiration date near the bottom — accept before then.
Found sends a 6-digit code to your email or phone. Open that message, find the code, and type it in. Didn't get it? Tap "Send again" and check your spam/junk folder.
Found will never ask you for this code over the phone. Only type it into the screen — never read it out or forward it to anyone.
You'll only see this if CXN has you set up as a contractor for tax purposes. A W-9 is a standard IRS form — nothing unusual.
Great — you can skip straight to Step 04: choose how you want your money. ↓
Enter your legal name, email, and address under Contact details.
Under Business info: a business name is optional (leave blank if you're just an individual). For Tax classification, Sole proprietor is the common choice for individuals. Then pick SSN or EIN and enter that number. Tap Submit W-9.
You'll see "W-9 submitted." Tap Choose deposit method to keep going.
Now pick how you'd like to receive the payment. There are four ways. Here's each one in plain English — tap the one you want and we'll walk you through just that path.
Tap Bank account. Found gives you two ways to connect — pick whichever feels easier.
Easiest if you bank online. Found uses Plaid — a secure service banks trust — to connect for you.
Tap Use bank login, then enter your phone number to start.
Plaid texts you a code. Enter it to continue.
Pick your account from the list. Don't see your bank? Tap "Add new account" and search for it by name.
No login needed. Choose Enter account details and type your info.
Enter your name, account number, and routing number, then pick Checking, Savings, or Business checking.
Where are those numbers? They're on the bottom of a paper check, or inside your bank's app/website under account details.
Either way, you'll land here. Check it's the right account and tap Deposit. That's it.
The screen says "instant" and "for free" — and it is. But choosing this opens a brand-new Found bank account in your name. That's a real, free account (no monthly fees, no minimum balance, no credit check), and some people love it for invoicing and tracking taxes.
If you just want your money in the bank you already use, go back and pick "Bank account" instead — no new account needed.
Still want it? Tap Next and follow the sign-up. Your payment lands instantly once your Found account is set up.
Fast, but Found takes a small fee (shown on the option, e.g. $0.50) for instant card transfers.
Enter your name, card number, expiration date, and CVV (the 3 digits on the back of the card).
Add your billing address, then tap Next.
You can't use your @username, $cashtag, or email here. Each payment app (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App…) gives your account a real account number and routing number — that's what goes in these boxes.
Find your numbers first. Open your payment app and look under its banking / direct deposit settings — it'll show an account number and a routing number. (Some apps make you verify your identity before showing them.)
Back on Found, enter your name, account number, and routing number, then tap Next. Stuck finding the numbers? Tap "Need help?" on that screen.
Found asks how you want to handle future payments from CXN Corp. Do yourself a favor: choose "Send to [your account]" so it happens automatically every time. Picking "Ask me each time" just makes you repeat all of this on the next payment. Tap Save.
That's it — you'll see "Payment accepted." Your money is on its way: instant for Found or debit card, 1–2 business days for a bank account or payment app. You can tap "View receipt" any time.
CXN sends provider payments electronically through Found. To get set up, just send us the email you use for accounting — we'll send your payment notifications there, and you'll choose how you receive your money. Send it to support@cxncorp.com.
