We're a Service Management Company

CXN Corp is a service management company based in Knoxville, TN. We do not manufacture products, sell extended warranties, or adjudicate warranty claims. What we do is manage the entire service process on behalf of warranty providers and major retailers.

Our primary clients, are some of the nation’s largest warranty providers. When a customer purchases a product — like outdoor power equipment, mowers, ATV, side by side’s, and general covered equipment — from major retailers and it has a covered issue, CXN steps in to arrange the repair as a courtesy to that customer.

We are responsible for coordinating pickup, diagnosis, repair, and return of the unit. To do that, we rely on a national network of qualified, authorized repair shops like yours.

What We Need From You

Authorized service capability for the brand in question, competitive labor rates, and reasonable turnaround time. That's it.

What You Get From Us

Direct payment via ACH or check upon completion of the repair. No chasing invoices, no third-party delays. You do the work, we pay you.

The Process

How a Service Request Works

Request Sent

You receive an email from CXN with service request details — the product, the issue, the customer's general location, and our rate parameters.

Form Submitted

You complete a short intake form with your shop's availability, labor rate, and transport rate. This is a request for service, not a confirmed assignment.

Assignment Evaluated

CXN reviews submitted forms for turn time, proximity, rate, and availability. If selected, you'll receive a formal assignment email with full details.

Assignment Confirmed

A full customer contact & equipment info sheet, and a CXN info sheet with everything you need to proceed.

Pickup & Repair (If provided)

You arrange pickup with the customer, diagnose the unit, perform the authorized repair, and return it to the customer.

Invoice & Payment

Submit your invoice to CXN upon completion. Payment is issued directly to your shop via ACH or check. No middleman, no delays. *If you require payment prior to unit return just let us know.

Getting Paid

Direct Payment. No Runaround.

ACH Direct Deposit

Upon completion of the repair and submission of your invoice, CXN processes payment directly to your bank account via ACH transfer. Fast, reliable, and paperless.

Check Payment

Prefer a paper check? No problem. CXN can issue payment by check mailed directly to your shop upon invoice approval. You choose what works best for your business.

Your rates, honored directly. CXN pays your submitted labor rate and transport rate — directly to you. We do not use a third-party billing platform or require you to work through a warranty adjudicator. Once assigned and work is complete, you invoice CXN and CXN pays you.

What to Expect as a CXN Partner

  • Clear communication at every step. You'll always know where things stand. Assignment, approval, and payment statuses are communicated directly via email and our support line.
  • No surprise scope creep. Every job comes with a pre-authorization amount. If additional work is identified during diagnosis, CXN will work with you to get additional authorization before you proceed.
  • You set your rates. We ask for your standard labor rate and round-trip transport rate upfront. If they're within our program parameters, we work with them.
  • Manufacturer authorization required. For warranty work, CXN requires that the assigned shop be an authorized service center for the brand being repaired. This protects you, the customer, and the warranty integrity.
  • Support when you need it. Have a question mid-job? Our team is reachable by phone and email. We're here to help you get the job done — not to add friction.
  • Growing opportunity. As a verified CXN partner, you'll be considered for future service requests in your area. The more jobs you complete successfully, the stronger your position in our network.
