BBQ Grill Preventive Maintenance

Summary:

BBQ Grill Preventive Maintenance (PM) consists of the inspection, cleaning, and documentation of service record. The goal of the PM is to ensure the grill is properly maintained and kept in optimal operating conditions.  The PM, when completed at regular intervals will substantially prolong the operating life of many of the grill components and overall condition of the grill.   

Qualifications:

Scope of Work:

  • Expected total time on-site to perform service is 45 minutes.
  • Complete inspection and cleaning per maintenance procedure check list.
  • Photo document arrival and after service condition. 
  • Make proper adjustments for normal operation.

Standard Operation Procedure (S.O.P.)

  • Receive service request electronically through work order management system. (email notification will generate)
  • Schedule appointment within 24 hours.
  • Complete scheduled appointment within 3-5 business days.
  • Upload required information and documents through work order management system.
  • Create claim request for settlement payment. (2 week payment terms)
